- At guests' request, an iron and ironing board are provided in the room.
- In some rooms, it is possible to order two single beds. Please contact the reception to arrange the requested bed configuration.
- All rooms and suites are non-smoking. Guests who do not comply with this rule will be charged an additional fee of 500 PLN for each day of violation.
- The tax identification number (NIP) is required at the reservation stage for the invoice; if this information is missing, a personal invoice will be issued without the possibility of correction.

Small pets are allowed for an additional fee of PLN 60 per day.
