- At guests' request, an iron and ironing board are provided in the room.
- In some rooms, it is possible to order two single beds. Please contact the reception to arrange the requested bed configuration.
- All rooms and apartments are non-smoking. Guests who do not comply with this rule will be charged an additional fee of 500 PLN for each day of non-compliance.
- VAT identification number for the invoice is required at the time of booking; if not provided, a personal invoice will be issued without the possibility of correction.
