Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. The voucher can be redeemed for accommodation services with breakfast or SPA services depending on the purchased voucher.

2. The voucher must be redeemed within its validity period and according to the selected offer.

3. Vouchers have an expiration date. The expiration date is indicated on the purchased voucher.

4. The validity of the voucher cannot be extended.

5. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be refunded.

6. No change will be given for the unused part of the voucher.

7. Vouchers cannot be split and must be used in full in a single transaction.

8. If the value of the booked services exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid at the reception.

9. Please present the paper voucher / voucher code (in case of online purchase)
to the Reception upon redemption.

10. A telephone or email reservation is required to redeem the voucher.
